It has taken me many years to find this guy - Joseph El Fahkri - and he really is the best in the trade!  Joe will find you an excellent tenant.  Joe is most thorough in the selection process and will find you someone of not just excellent character, but someone who will be reliable, always pay on time, is clean AND, if they do any damage, Joe will make sure that they return your house to it's original, pristine condition at their own expense.

Joe is really fantastic. He is thorough and pays attention to detail. He always answers his phone if he can. If not, he always returns your call asap. Joe always answers your emails too; and he is brilliant and friendly.

Joe will get you the best realistic price (a lot of agents give you false hope and then your property stays empty for ages) and there is no one who can get your house rented out to the right person at the right price faster. No one.
