Paige is an absolute delight to work with. I have been a landlord for many years and it is a rarity to have a property manager whose phone manner is friendly and who portrays her eagerness to assist me when I call. She never sounds stressed and I never feel like I am wasting her time.

I recently sold an investment property in Ivanhoe. A combination of unfavourable economic conditions and the price of a recently sold apartment within the same block of apartments implied a discount to our preferred sale price.
