- MUST hold current Agents Rep
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to multi task and a 'Can Do' attitude
- The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to learn quickly
