The Role

  • Meeting and Greeting Clients
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Receipting
  • Administration support for the Property Management and Sales Team (RP Office and Box and Dice experience an advantage)
  • Advertising 
  • General Office Duties

 

Skills and Experience

  • MUST hold current Agents Rep 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to multi task and a 'Can Do' attitude
  • The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to learn quickly
